will be received by the undersigned no later than 14:00:00 (2:00:00 p.m.) local time on Thursday, March 27, 2025.

The project is a renovation of two rooms for Child Care (before and after school) at Riverdale Elementary, located at 14835 108A Avenue, Surrey, BC. The scope of work generally includes:
construction of interior partitions to create two before and after school childcare rooms, a kitchenette, two single user washrooms, a cubby area, exterior stairs and ramp and all related interior childcare finishes, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire alarm modification works.

Bid Documents have been made available to prequalified General Contractors. The following General Contractors have been prequalified by the School District:
