- The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified contractors to complete base building work at the leased premises to: - Address barrier-free accessibility deficiencies, and - Complete a base building refresh. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, installation of concrete walkways, automatic door openers, accessible washroom upgrades, tactile signage, window coverings, painting, and carpet replacement. Details can be found in PDF attachment. All work must comply with CAN/CSA B651-2018 - Accessible Design for the Built Environment, be completed to the Lessee-s satisfaction, and be coordinated with the Lessee-s Property & Facility Manager. Evaluation Criteria Relevant Experience 20% Project Approach 25% Pricing and Value 40% References 15% The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities, and negotiate with the preferred proponent.
