- The objective of this RFP is to provide a comprehensive range of beverages, which includes coffee, tea, cocoa, and associated supplies, as well as fruit juices and sparkling water flavors. Additionally, the RFP seeks proposals for a snack program, featuring snack treats and fresh fruits. The selected Supplier will be responsible for the procurement, preparation, and service of these beverages, including all necessary labor and equipmentThe WCB-s objective is to provide a socially responsible, quality Beverages and Snacks Program to WCB employees, in the most environmentally friendly manner possible.Suppliers interested in submitting proposals may consider any of the following options:OPTION 1: Coffee Services ONLYOPTION 2: Cold Beverage Services ONLYOPTION 3: Snacks Services ONLYOPTION 4: Combination of any options aboveThe Supplier should be able to provide services in all the Sites upon winning a bid for any of the options above.
