- White City Investments LP, acting on behalf of the RM of Edenwold No. 158 and the Town of White City, is requesting bids for a road construction project spanning both the RM of Edenwold and the Town of White City. This joint project provides for the following upgrade of Betteridge Road between Great Plains Industrial Drive and Emerald Park Road (approximately 1.6km) : Horizontal and vertical realignment Structural upgrade from clay to granular Surfae upgrade from gravel to asphalt Vertical adjustments to the existing valve and manhole structures Extension and replacement of existing culverts Sealed bids marked “Betteridge Road Upgrades 2025” will be received electronically, addressed to Madison Beer at madison.beer@stantec.com and Brian Logel at brian.logel@stantec.com, up to 14:00:00 Local Time, August 14, 2025.
