- This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Town of Bentley (the "Municipality") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of design and construction services for a design/build contractor to design and install a new refrigerated ice slab for the Bentley Arena. Proposals will be accepted from qualifying parties from the date of issue until the stated closing date. We are seeking the services of a qualified firm with proven experience working with local governments in the provision of these services.
