Description:
This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Bender Hill Sewage Pumping Station Upgrades as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
The objective of the work as further described within this RFSQ is to reinstate the capacity of the Bender Hill Sewage Pumping Station to 330 L/s by replacing all process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control equipment inside the wet well and drywell. The upgrades include structural repairs to the concrete structure, a coating in the wet well and a new unclassified electrical room inside the dry well.
Each respondent must submit all necessary and requested information as set within this
RFSQ. Niagara Region reserves the right to verify submitted information and if it is determined any of the information submitted is inaccurate or misleading, the respondent may be disqualified from the RFSQ opportunity. Incomplete information may also limit the respondent-s ability to qualify.
Any Respondent previously prequalified for other works with Niagara Region must resubmit for this RFSQ process. If submitting as a team, all team members should be named.
