Description : The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba (WCB) invites firms to submit a Proposal for the following: Licensed access to competency-based, behaviour-descriptive interview training that is: asynchronous, on-line and just-in-time, targeted to interview teams, including hiring managers and recruiters. The WCB requires the Contractor to provide licensed, asynchronous, online training that covers the fundamentals of behaviour-descriptive interviewing techniques for interview panel members that may or may not include additional references and learner resource materials. The Proposal should include a course outline and learning objectives for the behaviour-descriptive learning and provide an overview of the proposed resource(s) being offered. In addition to the evaluation criteria listed in Schedule "A", section 9.1 of this RFP, Vendors will also be evaluated on the following evaluation criteria:a) dependability, and timeliness in providing the Services, including technical support for WCB learners and training administrators; and b) quality of training, based on trial of proposed behaviour-descriptive interviewing course by three (3) WCB designates.
