REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONSDESCRIPTION OF SCOPE OF WORKongThe Work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all superintendence, overhead, labour, materials, tools, equipment,insurance, fuel, transportation and all things necessary for and incidentalto the satisfactory performance and completion of construction and renovation of Beacher Place public washroom and adjoining changerooms, located at12160 Beecher Street, Surrey, British Columbia (the “Place of Work”) in strict accordance with the Specifications and accompanying Drawings and subject to all terms and conditions of the Contract.Place of Work is12160 Beecher Street, Surrey, British Columbia V4A 3J4The general components of the Work include:Beecher place is approximately fifty years old, and the services offered are showing their age. The scope of work is focused on the makeover of the main level public washroom andadjoined changerooms. There are no structural changes included with these upgrades focusing on updating plumbing, electrical and cosmetic appearance.br /INFORMATION MEETINGAn information meeting will be hosted by the City Representative to discuss the City-s requirements under this RFQ (the “Information Meeting”).
