Description : This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Bed & Bath Linen and Pyjamas as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B - Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D). The Coordinating Entity is accepting proposals from proponents for the provision of the Deliverables, on behalf of all the Regional Health Authorities in the Province of Manitoba, namely: Interlake Eastern Regional Health Authority (“IERHA”) Northern Regional Health Authority (“NRHA”) Prairie Mountain Health (“PMH”) Southern Health-Sante Sud (“SHSS”) Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (“WRHA-) (Collectively the “RHAs”)Currently, each of the RHAs have their own linen supplies contracts. It is the intent of the RHAs to amalgamate their contracts to create standardization across the province.
