Description:
This Request for Quotations is an invitation by the Beaumont Public Library to prospective respondents to submit quotations for the following scope of work:•the supply of library furniture and fixtures and the provision and installation of the required furniture and fixtures to supplement already existing shelving in the library. •the demolition of the library-s current built-in reception desk, window benches, a half-wall at the entry, and the raised floor in the children-s area. •installation of new flooring and/or repairs in the demoed areas as needed, and electrical rerouting or termination related to the demos. •The production of renders of the library design for promotion and communication in advance of the final install. Appendix C and Appendix D of the RFQ documents provide detailed specifications of the furniture and fixtures selected by the Library. The Library will not consider alternatives that would alter the planned layout of the library, but will consider alternatives with matching specifications and functionality. The intended timeline for project completion is June 2025. This timeline may be altered at the discretion of the Library at any time.
