Project Description : This Request for Proposal is an invitation from the City of Beaumont to prospective Proponents to submit proposals to enter into an agreement with the City to collaborate in the creation, financing, design, building, operation, and maintenance of a ubiquitous fibre-to-the-premises (FTTP) network throughout the City.The Successful Proponent will bring established retail Telecom Service Provider(s) who currently provide triple-play services (Internet, telephone, and television) and other over-the-top and hosted services on a retail basis who will enter into Master Wholesale Service Agreements with the City of Beaumont.
