- The City of Grande Prairie (the “City”) is requesting detailed and comprehensive proposals from Engineering consulting firms specializing in dam and spillway inspections to undertake the City of Grande Prairie-s formal annual Engineering inspection of the Bear River Control Structure, as required under the Water Act. All work shall meet or exceed the City-s Construction Manual and Design Manual and the Water Act, along with all supporting Directives and Ministerial Orders. The successful Proponent (the “Consultant”) will provide annual inspections on the structure from 2025 to 2027 (inclusive), for a total of three (3) inspections.
