- REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS DESCRIPTION OF SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labour, supervision, materials, plant, equipment, layout, survey, permits, and inspections, and related services to Bear Creek Park - Throwing Areas and Fencing as noted in the Contract Drawings. Furnish certificates confirming work conforms to requirements of Authorities having jurisdiction. The Work generally includes, but not limited to, removal and disposal of existing javelin throw and hard surfacing, track surface and installation of new rubberized surfacing, new Hammer & Disc Cage, Steeple Chase, Shotput, new perimeter fencing renovation of the existing natural grass fields including irrigation, drainage works, new asphalt and/or concrete where required, and grading as per the attached plans and specifications. The Work will be undertaken at the Place of the Work, as follows: 13750 88 Ave, Surrey, B.C. INFORMATION MEETING An information meeting will be hosted by the City Representative to discuss the City-s requirements under this RFQ (the “Information Meeting”). While attendance is at the discretion of Contractors, Contractors who do not attend will be deemed to have attended the Information Meeting and to have received all of the information given at the Information Meeting.
