- B.C. Pavilion Corporation (PavCo) is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive structured cabling, audiovisual installation, and commissioning services, phases I, II, and III, respectively, in support of key renovations at BC Place Stadium. The upgrades will be carried out in four major areas: Edgewater, VVIP, Field Club, and Banquet Rooms. The selected contractor will work under the Prime Contractors spaces managed by ETRO Construction Limited, to delivering high-quality installations that integrate seamlessly with BC Place-s existing infrastructure. The scope of work includes structured cabling, installation of audiovisual and control systems, and end-to-end commissioning of select systems to meet PavCo-s technical and operational standards. All systems must be fully installed, commissioned, and operational by April 30, 2026, in coordination with PavCo-s event calendar.
