- The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a global payroll service provider capable of offering comprehensive payroll services for all British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI)-s current and future global office locations. Outside of Canada, BCI currently has offices in the United States, United Kingdom, and India, and may open new global office locations during the Contract term. While there are no current plans to outsource Canadian payroll, this may be considered in the future.
