Description:
This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for:
BCEHS crew staffing at Cortes Island Station has been augmented and the current location requires a renovation and addition of a modular building (out of scope) to meet the new space requirements.
The successful proponent will renovate the interior of the existing 825sqft BCEHS portion of the building and prepare the site to receive a modular building. The renovation scope includes a moment frame to the exterior of the building, a new storage building, generator and generator pad, underground utility connections, a new bathroom and clean storage room. The modular building is supplied and installed by the owner. The scope of work included in this tender associated with the modular building is supply and install of wood foundation, wood stairs, and site preparation for the modular building.
The anticipated start date is June 2025 and the anticipated Ready-for-takeover March 2026.
