Description : Housing Services Corporation (HSC), on behalf of the City of Toronto Infrastructure Planning & Development, Shelter Support & Housing Administration (SSHA) (Owner), invites submissions for engineering services to complete Building Condition Assessments (BCAs) and Elevator Audits (where applicable), and where approved by the Owner, Fire Code Audits, ASHRAE Level II Energy Audits and Accessibility (AODA) Audits. A mandatory project briefing, via webinar, that will include a demonstration of the AuditPlanner application is scheduled for Thursday, May 26, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. EDT - refer to the RFP Section 1, Introduction, and Appendix A, Section 2.7.3, respectively, for details - advance registration is required for the webinar. It is mandatory that Proponents attend this meeting. Proponents unable to attend this meeting may be disqualified from the RFP.
