- The Ministry of Environment and Parks is seeking proposals for engineering services for BC Parks Projects taking place within the Kootenay Region. The Province is looking for proponents who will supply all required design engineering, tendering, project management (as and when required, project PM work may also be partially managed through a 3rd party PM at the Provinces sole discretion, on a project-by-project basis) and construction period services for projects within BC Parks in the Kootenay Region.
