• Description:
• This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (the “Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the assignment of full engineering design and construction services, including topographic survey, existing conditions assessment, concept development, detailed design, agency and utility coordination, preparation of tender-ready documents, and support for public consultation for the Bayview Avenue Multi-Use Path, the Davis Drive Multi-Use Path, and all associated intersection upgrades along Bayview Avenue, Mulock Drive, and between Bathurst Street and Yonge Street on Davis Drive. The assignment will also include construction administration of the contract, full-time construction inspection, coordination and resolution of deficiencies, project closeout, and warranty-period walkthroughs as further described in Part IV of the RFP Particulars being (the “Deliverables”). In accordance with Section 3.6, this RFP is non-binding.
