Description:
Introduction The Town of White City (White City) is seeking information from qualified contractors to assist in the construction of an outdoor bathroom facility at the Splash Park. This high-traffic public recreation area requires a facility that meets the needs of the community. The construction must be completed in accordance with the final design drawings and technical specifications provided by the Town and attached to this RFI. Purpose The purpose of this RFI is to gather information potential costs and project timelines associated with constructing the outdoor bathroom facility. This information will be used to update the budget of a future project. Note that depending on the information gathered, a public Request for Proposal (RFP) may be required to comply with White City-s Purchasing Policy and applicable trade agreements. Participating in the RFI will not exclude firms or consultants from submitting a proposal nor provide any advantage during the evaluation process. Alternate Proposals Specifications have been attached, however, the Town will also accept information for alternate plans or construction.
