Description:
Background and Purpose McMaster University invites qualified bidders to submit responses for the supply of twelve (12) Barcode/Rack Readers: two (2) for McMaster University and one (1) each for the ten (10) other sites, in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposals. The University expects to have the equipment delivered to all of the eleven (11) CLSA Sites by November 28, 2025.Bidders must quote the entire bid. Partial bids will not be accepted. Research EnvironmentThis potential purchase has been made available as a direct result of funding for the Canadian Longitudinal Study on Aging (CLSA) from the Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI). CFI requires all bidders to identify and document the standard market price for the equipment/service proposed and McMaster University's one-time special pricing, the difference being an "in kind" contribution. The standard market price must be the price normally provided to educational institutionsTermOne-time purchase of twelve (12) Barcode/Rack Readers with a warranty period of five (5) years.
