Description : The University of Waterloo (UW) intends to award a single source contract to balticFuelCells GmbH, for a qCf FC50/125 V2.0 Liquid Cooling (The quickCONNECTfixture with an active fuel cell area of 50 cm²) & qCf FC25/100 V2.0 Liquid Cooling (The quickCONNECTfixture with an active fuel cell area of 25 cm²) fuel cell testing units including 3x specialized cellFixtures for both with required accessories. These instruments will provide the capacity, capability and functionality required for a range of experiments in the field of in-situ testing specifically characterising internal components for fuel cells such as but not limited to: graphite/carbon and coated/uncoated metallic bipolar plates and electrolysis with coated/uncoated titanium bipolar plates. The balticFuelCells- quickCONNECTfixtures and cellFixtures are standardized fuel cell testing hardware, designed to allow a reliable intercomparison of test results between different test centres.
