Description:
for the construction of: The RM of Edenwold No.158 is seeking bids for the construction of a raw water main located approximately 3km northwest of the Town of Balgonie. Bidders must submit bids through the Online Bidding System https://mpe.bidsandtenders.ca/ before 2:00:00 p.m. local time July 17, 2025 Major work items are as follows: 1.Raw Water Main a) Provide 2700 m of 150 mm dia. HDPE Water Main and Appurtenances; Tender Documents are available through Bids & Tenders or by contacting MPE-s Project Manager Josh Burke (jburke@mpe.ca). Each Tender must be accompanied by a bank draft or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the Tender Price, payable to the Rural Municipality of Edenwold No. 158. Tenderers are also required to supply a Consent of Surety Form in the amount equal to fifty (50%) percent of the Contract sum. All tenderers are encouraged to visit the Site prior to submitting to evaluate field conditions. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in, or reject any or all tenders, and will not accept for consideration tenders from any tenderer (including subcontractors) that is a party to any unresolved legal action against the Owner, or accept the Tender deemed most favourable in the interest of the Owner.
