Description:
Balfour Co-operative Homes Inc. invites sealed tenders for the provision of On-site Property Management Services twenty (20) hours per week. Balfour Co-operative Homes Inc. is a non-profit co-operative community housing provider funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The services are to be provided on-site at 3604 Keith Avenue, Chelmsford, ON P0M 1L0, The proposal is for a three (3)-year term beginning May 1, 2025. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year by year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.Tenders will be received for the above until 11:30 a.m. local time, March 6, 2025 by Balfour Co-operative Homes Inc., c/o City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON P3E 5P9.Proponents may obtain the tender documents at the City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON P3E 5P9 between February 4, 2025 and March 6, 2025 or by email at jordan.nixon@greatersudury.ca between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.IMPORTANT: The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
