Access: Set up suspended stage to access the balconies in accordance with the Ontario Health and Safety Act.Protection: Provide fencing and public protection while accessing the balconies.Balcony Repairs: Grind out existing cracks to a minimum depth of ¾” and fill with Sikatop 123 repair mortar. Remove spalled and broken concrete to sound material, clean and coat any exposed rebar, repair and finish area with Sikagard 550 coating to the front edge of the concrete balconies.Clean up and remove all debris from the property. - Documents:
