- Architectural Consulting ServicesSOW includes but not limited to: Replacement of the balcony glass panels and anchors on the 18th, 16th, and 5th floor. Based on site inspection conducted by BGIS Internal Professional Services on April 18, 2025, it was reported that the glass balcony structure has signs of material deterioration, including visible cracks on glass panels and rusting at nuts/bolts that are holding up the glass. The consultant's objective of this project is to conduct a site review of the current condition of the balcony, assess existing documentation, develop a tender-ready design package, and provide support throughout the implementation phase until project close-out.
