Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Backup Storage Consolidation and Expansion - Phase 1, as further described in Section B.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
Due to the confidential nature of City data, this RFP is divided into two phases. Phase 1 includes Stage I and Phase 2 includes Stages II through VI.
Phase 1, which includes Stage I - Submission of Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will consist of the submission of a signed NDA. Proponents are to submit a signed NDA through the City-s bid portal by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 20, 2025. Only proponents who submit a signed NDA by the deadline will be permitted to participate in the RFP and move to Phase 2.

For Phase 1, Proponents are only required to submit a signed NDA. All other submission requirements outlined in the Bid Document and Appendix B must be submitted in Phase 2.
