Description:
We are looking for a vendor that can provide comprehensive background checking services. Our standard checks would include identity, criminal, credit, employment history, and professional references checks, and for some roles credential & education verification may be required. Additional checks such as international or US background checks may be required for candidates who lack comprehensive Canadian histories. The candidate information from the background check must be managed, accessible and stored in the vendor-s platform, which must support multiple access roles to regulate permissions for various user types within the system. These user types include the admin team which includes talent acquisition and Team Member Experience & Enablement groups, as well as business coordinators, and hiring leaders.In addition, the platform must seamlessly integrate with our Talent Management System (TMS) to enable automatic initiation of required checks, including customization of required checks, upon an applicant reaching a specified stage in the recruiting process. The platform connection with our TMS must additionally enable users to view in the TMS a real time report on the outcome of the checks (i.e. Pass / Fail / In Progress), and the results in detail with suitable restrictions for hiring leaders to information pertinent to their direct reports. Integration with our TMS must support Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication.
