Procurement Services Branch, on behalf of the Ministry of Forests (MOF), invites interested parties to submit Responses for the provision of Aviation Services on an as, if and when requested basis. Aviation Services are used to support the management of wildfires for BC Wildfire ("BCWS"), other resource management activities for branches of the Ministry, , and emergency or disaster response operations for the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General. The Aviation Services are required throughout the Province of British Columbia.
Aviation Services are categorized into two Service Categories: 1) Service Category A (Fixed Wing); and 2) Service Category B (Rotary Wing). Each Service Category includes a number of sub-category service areas. Respondents may submit a Response to qualify for one or both Service Categories and any number of Lists within a Service Category.
In order to align with the Province's trade law obligation, the current environment for the provision of services will changing.
