Description : This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Ornge to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the supply and delivery of Jet A-1 (with FSII) Aviation Fuel within the province of Ontario and in some instances, outside the province of Ontario, for its fleet of aircraft as well as for Standing Agreement (SA) Carriers/Organ Recovery carriers operating under the direction of Ornge. The method of delivery is primarily into Wing/Into plane, however Ornge reserves the right in future to accept bulk or drum delivery on an as needed basis to meet operational requirements. Because of the nature of the air ambulance service, no standard routings/fuelling can be forecast nor are they contemplated. However, in an effort to characterize the levels of fuel activity further details of historical usage will be provided upon execution and delivery of the Non-Disclosure Agreement and Conflict of Interest Declaration attached as Appendices to this RFP. The Non-Disclosure Agreement and Conflict of Interest Declaration are to be provided with your Intent to respond within the timeframes stated herein.
