Notice is hereby given that the Corporation of the District of North Vancouver (the "District"), on behalf of the District of North Vancouver Fire & Rescue Service (the "DNVFRS"), intends to directly award a contract to ZOLL Medical Canada, 3580 Laird Road, Unit1, Mississauga, Ontario, L5L 5Z3 for the purchase of six (6) AutoPulse NXT Platform CPR (automatic chest compression) devices, including a four-year preventative maintenance program and the trade-in of DNVRFS existing Lucas Chest Compression System devices, at a value of $182,283.12 (excluding applicable taxes).
