Synopsis: Submissions clearly marked "COR6167 - Automotive and Industrial Batteries ", in the header line, will be received by the City of Regina, via email at procurement@regina.ca, no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Tuesday, December 13, 2022. The City of Regina intends to obtain a firm fixed price contract for the supply and delivery of new automotive and industrial batteries, and the pickup and disposal of used batteries (core) on an “as required” basis for a period of one (1) year commencing at the time of award with an optional one (1) year extension as per the City of Regina terms, conditions and specifications as stated herein. This RFQ contains two (2) separate packages: Package 1- Standard lead cell automotive and industrial batteries. Package 2-Gel Cell batteries The City intends to award all of the products in each package to one vendor but may award multiple packages to one or more vendors in order to obtain best value. Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by: •Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement •Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement •Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to th... - Documents :
