Tender are invited for Automation for Pre-Analytical Process in Molecular Labs

Synopsis: Repetitive strain injury resulting from decapping / pipetting/ recapping/ aliquoting is an inherent safety risk for the staff in pre-analytical high volume operation. The SHA intends to increase staff safety while keeping quality and service paramount through technical innovation. As part of this effort, SHA has initiated a review to automate the process of decapping, pipetting, recapping and aliquoting the specimen in it-s Molecular Labs at Roy Romanow Provincial Lab (“RRPL”) and Royal University Hospital (“RUH”) locations. SHA invites vendors to provide proposals for the supply, installation and training of Automation for Pre-Analytical Process in Molecular Labs at RRPL and RUH locations.
