Description:
Shared Health requires an automated molecular diagnostic system to undertake the following screening and diagnostic services at Cadham Provincial Laboratory (CPL). The successful supplier of this RFP is to provide: System to consist of analyzer(s), UPS, computer, printer and associated software and software licenses, and capable of interfacing with CPL-s current Laboratory Information System (LIS); An analyzer(s) capable of performing the following assays using nucleic acid amplification; Detection of Chlamydia trachomatis and Neisseria gonorrhoeae from genital and non-genital samples; Multiplex detection of Flu A, Flu B, RSV and SARS-CoV-2 in a single assay for respiratory samples; and Open access channel for lab developed tests. All consumables, reagents, calibrators and kits including quality control and calibration verification materials compatible with the system, required to perform testing; and The proposed system on a reagent lease basis where the supplier retains ownership, and responsibility for service maintenance of all leased instrumentation and associated software. In consideration of Shared Health-s procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, for this solicitation, preference will be given to Canadian and Non-US suppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of the solicitation. Shared Health may re-issue this tender at its sole discretion.
