- This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Authorized Contractors: Kitchener Utilities Rental Water Heater Program as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
