Description:
We are seeking proposals for the following scope of services: TRREB Financial Statement Audit An audit of the financial statements of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board for the years ended December 31, 2025, 2026 and 2027. The primary deliverables expected will include an audit report with signedopinion and attendance at meetings with our Finance Committee, Board of Directors and General Meetings of the Members as needed. Authorization to include your audit report in the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board's Annual Report to Members. TRREB Income Tax Returns Preparation and review of all incometax returns and filings for the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board for the years audited. PropTx Financial Statement Audit An audit of the financial statements of PropTx Innovations Inc. for the years ended December 31, 2025, 2026 and 2027. The primary deliverables expected will include an audit reportwith signed opinion and attendance at meetings with our Board of Directors as needed. PropTx Income Tax Returns Preparation and review of all income tax returns and filings for PropTx Innovations Inc. for the years audited. TRREB Directors' Expense Review An annual review of the Toronto Regional RealEstate Board of Directors' expenses to ensure compliance with TRREB Policy. TRREB and PropTx reserve the right to award the business for TRREB and PropTx to separate auditfirms.
