Project Description : The term of appointment for the External Auditor will begin with the fiscal year ended August31, 2022. The appointment is for a three year term with the possibility of extension for twoadditional years. In this case from the August 31, 2022 fiscal year end to the August 31, 2025fiscal year end.NLPS reserves the right to modify the terms of the RFP at any time at its sole discretion.This RFP should not be construed as a contract to purchase goods or services. The Division isnot bound to any proposal of those submitted. The Division is under no obligation to award acontract and reserves the right to terminate the RFP process at any time with all or any of theresponding proponents.Any agreement entered into between the NLPS and the successful proponent may beterminated by either party giving ninety (90) days written notification.The service portion of your proposal will be assessed on your ability to provide:● A financial statement audit including the Statement of Financial Position, Statement ofOperations, Statement of Cash Flows, Statement of Change in Net Financial Assets (NetDebt), and Statement of Remeasurement Gains and Losses, and various schedules, inaddition to a review of additional unaudited schedules as requested by AlbertaEducation.
