Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the County of Grand Prairie (“the County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for AUDIOVISUAL UPDATE FOR EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTRE MEETING ROOM, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
Option 1: This option involves the provision of hardware, installation, and maintenance for the audiovisual equipment, where ownership of the equipment would reside with the County. Under this arrangement, the County would assume full responsibility for the equipment once it is installed, including any future upgrades or replacements beyond the agreed-upon maintenance services.
Option 2: This option provides a Fully Managed Service for audiovisual systems. Under this arrangement, the County would not own the equipment. Instead, the provider would retain ownership and deliver all required hardware, installation, and ongoing maintenance as part of a managed service package. The County would pay for the service on a monthly or yearly basis, with costs covering installation, regular maintenance and technical support.
