Description:
The AIOC is moving into a new office space at The Shops at Buffalo Run in Tsuut'ina, AB. and requires the supply and installation of audio visual and video conferencing equipment at this location. The Project Location, #203, 11501 Buffalo Run Boulevard, Tsuut'ina AB, is currently in new shell space condition, with a target completion date for construction of March 31, 2025. The Project Location has four meeting rooms that require audio visual and video conferencing equipment. Two meeting rooms (107A & 107B) are separated by a retractable wall to create a large boardroom when opened, and two meeting rooms (103 & 104) are small breakout rooms. All four rooms will be used for in-house meetings as well as video conferencing and will be bring-your-own device setup. The AIOC uses Microsoft Teams, so equipment must be compatible with Teams. The AIOC would like each meeting room to have a room scheduling panel as well as the capability of one-touch video conferencing.
