Project Description : The WCB is seeking a Vendor to supply, install and maintain new and existing Audio-Visual equipment on an as needed basis, as per the specifications and requirements outlined in this RFP. The Term of this Agreement will be for 5 years with the option to mutually extend for any portion of two, 12-month terms.The WCB undertook multiple Modern Meeting Room (MMR) conversions and now has Conference Cameras, Displays, Hubs, wall control panels, several rooms with speakers and amplifiers and advanced cameras in 24 MMRs. Additionally, the WCB has approximately 30 overhead projectors and screens. WCB may elect to change additional rooms into MMRs. At a minimum, the WCB intends to maintain and replace Audio-Visual equipment in its 24 MMRs and Training Facilities on an as-needed basis according to the product list provided in table 2 of Appendix D - Vendor Pricing.
