Description : Canadian Museum of History 100 Laurier Street, Gatineau, QC Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Audience Research (front-end evaluation) for the In Their Own Voices Web Module The Museum is seeking Proposals from potential firms who technical experience in providing “Audience Research (front-end evaluation) for the In Their Own Voices Web Module” for the Canadian Museum of History and Canadian War Museum located respectively in Gatineau, Quebec and Ottawa. This is a one-step two-envelope submission process (Technical and Financial) to select the highest ranked Proponent who may then be invited to negotiate or to enter into a Contract with the Museum. The selected Proponent will be required to deliver the Services described in the procurement documents including, but not limited to, the following services: Moderate six 90-minute online workshops. Develop a research plan in consultation with the Museum-s In their Own Voices (ITOV) team. Develop the recruitment tools. Develop the moderator-s discussion guide in consultation with the CWM ITOV team. Translate the recruitment tools and moderator-s discussion guide (from English to French or from French to English). Coordinate the logistics of the workshops on a suitable online platform. ...
