Sealed bids will be received by the County of Placer for furnishing all labor, material, tax, transportation, equipment, and services necessary for PLACER COUNTY AUBURN LIBRARY CRITICAL MAINTENANCE AND MODERNIZATION PROJECT, BID NO. 20574, PROJECT NO. PJ02129.
Bids will be opened and tabulated at said location immediately after said date and time. Any bids received after the time specified shall be returned unopened.

The Work consists generally of the following: selective demolition, limited site work including new fire service, customer side electrical upgrades, site accessibility upgrades; building waterproofing and drainage; and interior upgrades including accessibility upgrades including restrooms, new elevator and associated roof work, new stair, fire sprinklers throughout, new suspended ceiling, new lighting and controls, fire alarm, minor mechanical work, and power and data upgrades.
The County has estimated cost of the Work to be $7,056,693.
