- The County of Placer is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Architectural consulting services which will include on-site weather protection investigations of the existing Auburn Justice Center building envelop; assessment and confirmation with recommendations and alternatives for repairs, specifying material replacements, and providing building detailing; making cost estimates; design submittals; construction documents submittals; coordination of the permit approval process; bidding assistance; construction administration and project closeout.
