- SOW includes but not limited to: • Construct three additional offices within the existing file room (5th Floor, Suite 501). Each office must include proper lighting, HVAC, fire/life safety devices, and dedicated power and data for furniture and equipment. Two new data drops are required.• Modify existing workstations by replacing current furniture and panels with new models.• Ensure RJ45 connectivity within the file room.• Install a video camera and doorbell at the reception area entrance.• Install 2-3 backboards for TV monitors in the hearing rooms and complete all associated electrical work.• Provide and install 5 new card readers and ensure card-access-only functionality for all doors.• Install door stops on all doors.• Replace the floor tiles inside the file room with new carpet matching the existing finish.• To minimize disruption to hearings, some work will need to be performed after hours.
