SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES:The key objectives in issuing this RFP is as follows:The key objective in issuing this Request for Proposal ("RFP") is to identify CBC/Radio-Canada's future Supplier(s) of Goods/Services for Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) requests management software for the management of CBC Radio-Canada's ATIP cases.The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a software suite that enables CBC Radio-Canada to redact sensitive information from documents, manage cases and generate reports.The selected vendor must have a proven track record of providing ATIP specific software and have the technical expertise and infrastructure necessary for delivering such software to a Canadian public institution. The vendor must also demonstrate compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing ATIP in Canada.2.
