Description:
This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of athletic apparel, uniforms and accessories for RDP Athletics, for various teams and events which may include, but are not limited to, teams such as Basketball, Cross Country Running, Curling, Hockey, Indoor Track, Soccer and Volleyball. Orders will be issued throughout the year, on an as required basis, and will coordinate with the athletic season. The intent is to implement a non-exclusive agreement which will primarily support the Athletics Department, however other faculties and departments may, from time to time, access the contracted rates for apparel and other gear.RDP requires high quality apparel with a preference for well-established brands of clothing and gear. Quality is comprised of both durability and aesthetics. The successful proponent will be expected to supply the specified apparel with RDP and RDP Athletics- team logos using various embroidery/twill, print screening, vinyl/heat press and/or sublimation techniques, as requested upon order by the Athletics Department.
