The intent of this RFP is to identify one or more Proponent(s) with whom ATB may enter into negotiations regarding a Formal Agreement the provision of some or all of the following goods and/or services: Your Project Management office offers comprehensive services tailored to efficiently oversee the construction/renovation/refresh of our ATB Locations. The meticulous planning of every aspect of the project, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Throughout the construction phase, you diligently manage budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints without compromising quality. Leveraging your extensive network and expertise, you facilitate the selection of contractors and vendors, while proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact project delivery. Your commitment to quality assurance ensures that construction activities meet regulatory standards and stakeholder expectations. You maintain clear and consistent communication among all project stakeholders, facilitating smooth coordination and timely decision-making. From navigating permitting processes to managing change requests, your team ensures compliance with local regulations and addresses evolving project needs.
