Description:
The intent of this RFP is to secure one or more Proponent(s) to provide best in class training services for advisors in ATB-s wealth and investment professionals. ATB is looking for advanced behavioral finance advisory that covers a human-centric approach to training.This is part of a strategically important initiative that will focus on leveling up ATB-s training programs, delivery, and measurement so that our advisors in wealth management have the capabilities they need to show up differently - and equipped with cutting edge knowledge and skills to support cutting edge advisory services.The objective of this program is to enable approximately 230+ client-facing team members to deliver a differentiated client experience through an advanced industry specific training program. Please note that there is a possibility of adding an additional group of participants to the training.Successful implementation of this training initiative could involve a multi-modal approach (face to face, webinar/independent and cohort training) as well as resources/activities to support sustainment during the post-training period.
