- Assiniboine College is seeking Architectural and Engineering consulting services for design and estimated construction costs for the redevelopment of Room 504 located at the Victoria Ave East Campus. The area was originally home to the Heavy-Duty Mechanics Trade shop prior to the relocation to the Len Evans Center of Trades and Technology at the College-s North Hill Campus. The space has recently been the home of the City of Brandon Maintenance Garage while their permanent facility was undergoing renovations.The area consists of approximately 26,000 square feet of floor area and Assiniboine College will be renovating the space to accommodate the new Medical Laboratory Technology and Combined Laboratory/X-Ray Technology programs, along with two new large learning spaces, a stadium style lecture theatre, and immersive learing space.
