Description : The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) is inviting Proponents to submit responses for development & implementation (including testing & support) for an Asset Management & Work Order Management system. The RMOW does not currently have an Asset Management or Work Order Management system that is utilized across all departments. Existing systems vary between departments, with some computer based systems now unsupported and at the end of their useful life, while other systems utilize inefficient processes such as paper based systems or MS excel spreadsheets. Some systems are not suitable for multiple department applications, resulting in a variety of applications having been implemented in the past. The RMOW requires a Work Order & Asset Management solution that will operate across multiple departments to manage and track assets and work orders. A phase 1 implementation trial for a new system is being sought, with potential for future roll out across many areas of the organization if the trial is successful. - Documents :
